Anarchy Online Alien raid timing

I was wondering if I can do something like this: to make some macro which gives a message info about remaining time and remaining waves, and some kind of reminder for a team to be near CC if general comes. Is it possible to do something like this in the game?
It is not possible to make such a timer, because the time between waves is not constant, it varies from wave to wave. I saw some people discussing this, but at the end they all concluded it is not worth dealing with it. Moreover, eventually you learn when the right moment occurs.
