Enlightened Dark cordially invites anyone and everyone who wants to participate to a War Day. We will take on all challangers in a guild war.
Tired of that cocky ED b*****d taking your camp? Well, heres your chance!
Lost too many races because your guild is full of slackers? Pay back time!
Are you hopelessly inept and not even able to get past Manic Behemoth? Here ya go, take out that frustration!
This guild war would be in the name of fun, guys. I am sure we can find two old or alt guilds to put people in, we have Roughnecks or Loveres Legion to name two. You can disband from your current guild for the day, and join one of the alt guilds.
We have raids now, so you can set a hard limit of 72 players in the raid/zone for the war. More rules will follow if there is interest.
We will choose a zone, such as a Karana zone that is large, with a low lvl mob population, and no guards, to avoid faction training.
ED is willing to put up 5k pp per player, which is 360,000 platinum to the winning side, if a single guild takes the challange. If people are afraid to lose their $$, it can be just for fun.
If people make an "all star" team from the other guilds, we can work a prize of some type. We can arrange a reward of a piece of Elemental Armor of our choice (silk or leather most likely) or the 2hs from General Druav Flamesinger in Plane of Fire or some other suitable prize for the person or persons with the highest kill total on the other team.
We would also have a random loot or two as a prize for those who are not kill classes primarily. i.e. clerics.
We will follow up with a date and time, if other parties are interested.

You shouldn't say that man.
If your PVP skills suck then don't bet, and even if you do, 5k is pocket change. And trust me, it's not like ED is a combination of the best PVP players on Tarew Marr. I can assure you that much. No matter how much you suck, someone else will likely always suck more.
Equipment gaps aren't as intimidating as you might think either.
So don't be a p***y! Just pick someone who sucks and bully him the whole war! That's what I did to Willis!

My pvp skills suck AND there is a bug with mage pets and bolt spells which essentially makes them worthless but still.. I would go just to be able to talk shit.

ED doesn't really have a advantage in this at all . Ya thier gear may be better but none of you have any real practice in a all out war like this.
I wish i still played ... Even though my PVP skills suck , this sounds like more fun than any raid i have ever been on.

After multiple encounters with ED people in the arena (Including a time where there were about 10 COS folks and 3 ED'rs), I can say you guys underestimate gear. Kruull, Brael, and Troj WHORED the arena for like 2 to 3 hours and never died. Even against 65 bards Troj just whores them all. Spells don't wanna stick. It's just nasty.
Only way to counter-act it is to get a manaburn wizard to w***e them (sorry Brael). Even then he came back and HT'd the wizard. =/
Although in a war setting i guess you could set targets and have 6 people intent on killing them, but i still doubt it would work.

actually andur that was just because our competition in the arena just plain sucked, that had nothing to do with gear
suprised you anti ed gimps havent started coming up with excuses saying you would love to kill us but just cant play that day since we already know youre to big of p****s to accept this
