Currently I have excede'd my spending limit on my credit card. I need to register an account tonight. I have hundrends of dollars in my paypal account. Here is my propostion: I'll pay someone $30 via paypal for one month of payed time on my account. Need this done tonight! email me at michaelriddick@hotmail.com !

you could generate a one time use CC number from a Discover card or Amex card and use that =)

PayPal will *give* you a debit card linked to your PayPal account which you can use just like a credit card, as long as you have money in your PayPal account.
It takes about 7 days to get it processed.
Nobody is likely to attach their credit card to a stranger's account.
