read something on the WoW website that members of the alliance, and members of the horde are unable to interact with each other. was wondering if this was gay or not, for you beta testers out there. Once it comes out, me and several rl friends are going to WoW, but if we all have to be a member of a certain faction to interact with each other, that's pretty stupid.
I was going to be a Tauren Shaman, and one of my friends was going to be a Nightelf Hunter, another a dwarf mage, and another a gnome rogue, so in other words, i couldn't do anything with them because I was a tauren?

at this point yeh, you cant talk to, grp with, trade with, heal etc the horde toons (if you are alliance) or vice versa

They are talking about making booty bay a place with a trade house that factions can sell to other factions at.
Read up on the new Auction house stuff coming for more details.

Undead speak both orcish and common, and for skill points you're suposedto be able to learn the languages of the other faction's races.

Undead knowing common only matter for the normal /say channel, you still can't do anything other than that with Alliance members.
