Good Day...
I am Qizar, and I remain the only 250 tinkerer on the server. As gnomes tackle the new tinkering recipes it becomes clear that most recipes are in the 230+ trivial range.
Unfortunately Verrant is being dicking again and making things like tradeskills extrodinarily hard. To tinker PoP recipes one has to take a near full raid force into Plane of Innovation knock out clockwork stuff for dropped components, and take at least a group to clear to even get to the vendor that sells components. Anyhow... I dont quite have that kinda time on my hands..
For a LIMITED time only, if you bring me all parts to a recipe (from PoP only) I will combine it for you for 500pp (Per combine, you take responsibility for failures). Yes its expensive, but as some of you know I spent hundreds of k in plat getting to 250, and well I consider myself worth it  . Given the difficulty of parts etc.. its likely that most new PoP recipes will sell for well more than 500pp even years from now, so this is an offer you shouldn't pass up.
I do NOT have anything in stock at the moment from PoP, I'm sorry, nor it is really likely I'll have anything in stock on a regular basis for at least several more months because of the way these things go (and the fact that I'm a grad student in the middle of the semester).
To contact me, just send a tell to studly ole Gnomstinpowahs, who hangs in the bazaar almost 24/7. All tests go to a seperate window.. so except when the server crashes I see all messages on scrollback, just leave me a message. Incidientally Gnomstinpowahs has all fine tinkering and baking goods from non-PoP recipes in stock, rebreathers, Vanishing devices, geerlocks, misty thickets, holy cake and more..

Or for the lazy, here is a sneak peek: Unlimited summon bandages device, 20 charged (rechargable I assume) shrink and grow devices, gloves that give stat boots and 3% lockpick bonus, collapsible tradeskill kits that fit in containers, corpse tracking device, weather rockets and noise makers that scare off mobs.
What is needed: Vendor components from Plane of innovation, and one dropped component from plane of innovation in each recipe (coiled spring seems to be one of the big ones thats needed). Check out www.eqtraders.com under tinkering recipes for the latest of what is needed.

duh forgot to mention, I am of course buying all PoI parts even if your not interested in combines I'll still buy dropped components off you and probably even vendor components for reasonable prices (ask me in game what a reasonable price is

It seems the great server outpouring of supplies to me has allowed me to start stocking a few things, like gauze presses. Look for gnomstinpowahs, I'm sure you'll find them reasonably priced especially since they seem to be going for 10-20k on other servers. I'm not a d**k really, 10k-20k is just wrong for those things hehe.

It would likely be much cheaper for me to just bring you the stacks of items I already have now anyways tho, yes?

Gauze presses are 2500 at gnomstinpowahs. The time and effort to make these things is significant, and well their value is up around 10k at the time so I consider that reasonable
Min and Max devices - RECHARGE IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. Please do not buy these from me or anyone else until we figure it out, I fear they may not be rechargable. I hope I'm wrong, but the gnome community has not gotten them recharged yet. I myself tried a ton of different combinations last night to no avail....  . Saw someone selling one of these for 10k, please dont buy it until we figure it out...
Restocking of gauze press is happening DAILY. I am making as many as my poor little gnomish arms can. Please be patient! I get tell requests like every minute for one. I sware I shall outfit the entire server just give me some time hehe.
The necrotic and bandage presses are unlimited charges. Also check out new lockpicking gloves I have on Gnomstin too : ) and the collapsible kits are very nice.
IF YOU BOUGHT A VANISHING DEVICE FROM ME! Come back and check out the collapsible toolkit. Lets you recharge it without using a bag slot. Pricing these very low for my oldtime customers at only 500pp.
