you guys are f****n clueless. That's why politicians are so powerful. The masses of ya can't figure out your asses from a hole in the ground.

Facts:

Factcheck funding is: "The APPC accepts NO funding from business corporations, labor unions, political parties, lobbying organizations or individuals. It is funded primarily by an endowment from the Annenberg Foundation."

However, the sole sponsor of this site is this person: "The APPC was established by publisher and philanthropist Walter Annenberg in 1994 to create a community of scholars within the University of Pennsylvania that would address public policy issues at the local, state, and federal levels."

So because they preface their site with the first paragraph, you all automatically suck it up like you're on your momma's tit.

I'm sure this guy who funded this site, which will soon have advertising on it due to sheer number of hits generated, is completely and totally unbiased.

Right? Because he says so! That's why!

Well f**k....wouldn't you call Bush's numbers his opinion? Wouldn't you call Kerry's numbers his opinons?

But this site....this site is now gospel. Why? Because they told you as much.

When will you wake up and realize everyone in politics has an agenda? You don't throw your money around to help the greater good, otherwise we wouldn't have homeless people and Bush's family wouldn't be making hundreds of billions cause all the so-called philanthropists would just give their money away without...

GETTING THEIR OPINION ACROSS TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.

Cheney has not profited from the war. That's what this site tries to say.

I can show you 50 sites that say otherwise.

But this site is 100% correct. Why?

Because they told you it is!

White trash meet you momma's tit.

Timothy J. Burger and Adam Zagorin, "The Paper Trail: Did Cheney Okay a Deal?", Time magazine, 7 June 2004: 42.

Larry Margasak, "Cheney never heard plan to give work to Halliburton for rebuilding of Iraq," The Associated Press 16 June 2004.

Those are their references for such a claim. Some dude's quote and two registered Republicans who profited from a book.

You guys are *seriously* *f*****g* *funny*.

But hey, suck that tit.

First site I picked that reviewed the book factcheck.org supposedly get their facts from: http://www.node707.com/archives/001097.shtml

Comments
"Not going to go anywhere"??? Um, perhaps Watergate really was "just a third-rate burglary" too? Several things suggest to me that this may be THE explosion:

--the leak from the Pentagon. Tin-pot dictators everywhere know you do NOT p**s off your military! Bush did not know this. Bad Bush, bad bad Bush. Our military is too proud of their traditions to overthrow our current TPD via crass methods such as tanks in the streets and such. But they have their ways.

--the tie in to the Army Corps of Engineers (a group that is still riding a squeaky-clean image created by John Wayne's "The Fighting Seabees" fer cryin' out loud, despite having been a graft-laden subsidiary of land-raping developers everywhere for decades). The fact that they routed a lot of the funding for the contractors as well through the Department of the Interior, how sneaky was that?

--Cheney=Haliburton=War Profiteers=Dead soldiers. That's what it comes down to and that's what can be understood by even the most pro-war, pro-business, NASCAR-watchin', Confederate-flag-waving, red-state living, politically-disinterested person out there. (Troll repellent: I live in West Tennessee so I am allowed to say such things.)

--The bald-faced stinking lie on the Russert show. That was REALLY stupid and is going to make a great ad. Now that the press has re-grown their g****s and can pound over and over on this, the convolutions they are going to have to go through to try to explain this black-hearted, red-handed, death-dealing calculated thievery will drive out all memory of Bill Clinton's "what the meaning of 'is' is" line forever.

Provided of course we keep pounding. The fact that they let it "slip" during Memorial Day Weekend is, to my mind, the clearest POSSIBLE sign that they know this is explosive and are desperate to shuffle it to the bottom of the news cycle. Can't let 'em do that. Wouldn't be prudent.... Smile

LOL having fun talking to yourself?

It's not my factcheck - and it's funny how you can't dispute any of the facts in it. If you read any deeper you see where they bust both sides pretty equally. Even John Kerry and co. aren't calling factcheck.org biased or Republican slanted.

Comon dipshits.

Defend that site blindly some more.

That was just the first thing I picked out. I'm sure I could shoot your holy land site of supposed truthful information full of holes should I choose to.

May not be every word on there, but fact is you're being lied to just like the politicians try to.

But you gobble it up cause they say it's the truth! Baaaaaah.

Pank,

You just told me YOUR figures were right based upon that site.

How do you figure that now? And you just went back on what you just said, Mr. Kerry.

ah comon!

Every other thread you guys say I'm stupid or I don't have a f*****g clue.
Well here's your chance!

I just said the most unpopular political thing today and nobody tries to prove me wrong? Something that 20 minutes ago you were so sure you could quote like it was Gospel.

Nobody can say anything now? *crickets chirp*

LOL wow man, you are a pretty smart guy you can do better than this. "Bible thumper" - ya do a search and you'll see me thumpin my Bible. Can't deal with the argument so you change the subject and resort to name calling. Did you ever take critical thinking in college? So many fallacies here it's just getting silly.

I prefer Bush over Kerry on 2 basic issues:

1) Bush and co. will take the fight to the terrorists

2) Bush will not raise my taxes

I have many reasons for not voting for Kerry.

You worship you Jesus so much.

Isn't it wrong to kill?

Especially killing people over a blatant lie. Where's your Christianity now?

Oh that's right....you are the masters of picking and choosing.

Walter Annenberg made his fortune in publishing (Readers Digest among others), and was mostly non-political his entire life. He is the primary donor behind the Annenberg School for Communications at Penn, perhaps hte top Comm school in the country. He has given several hundred million dollars to Penn.

And he is dead, so right now he has no grudge to settle against Bush or Kerry Megalo.

He is saying that a dead man is distorting the facts that a community of scholars look into to sway our opinions!

Amazing how some liberals preach tolerance, yet the moment someone who doesn't agree with them and expresses even partially center of right ideas they're instantly declared a bible thumper!

Liberalism for win!

A dead man's foundation. Gee, I bet they'll just forget about whatever he wanted to do, right?

His will doesn't stipulate a million things, correct?

Naive people. That's what you are. Naive. Say it with me: NAIVE

Vek, you're not that stupid. I am not your typical poster. Quit splitting hairs.

He is dead. His foundation lives on. *in sign language* Do - I - Have - To - Spell - Out - Everything?

I refuse to believe you're THAT dumb. Just being a p***k for your arguement. Cause really....you're not that dumb, right?

Conservatism for the MURDER then?

I can live with being a Liberal if being conservative means I invade a country and kill tens of thousands of their citizens.
