Can somebody please tell me how big will the game world be? I know there will be just three countries, but physically, how much will it take to cross it form one edge to the other? I downloaded a map of Hyboria, and it looks pretty damn big, but I don't know how much of it will be included in the end.

At launch day, the world will include the Aquilonia, Cimmeria, Stygia, the Barachan Isles (including Tortage, the starting location), and the Border Kingdoms. The playable area will be somewhere around 30 miles.
It is generally assumed that the world will be expanded periodically, in future expansions. Look for Zingara, Zamora, and Shem to appear first.
