If you had an older computer will you dare to try and install the Age of Conan game? What is the Age of Conan Minimum Requirements for computer and is it worth playing it if you dont have top equipment? I would like to try it, but I am not in a situation to buy a new computer.

If you dont have the equipment as you put it you will not be able to play it, so dont be thinking about what if situations, they will resolve by itself. You dont have to have top equipment, but you need to have those minimal requirements that are very similar for all online games. If you have played one, than you probably have what you need for other games including Age of Conan. I have Windows Vista on my computer, but Microsoft Windows will do just fine also. And you will need a DVD drive and some free memory space and that is about it.

actually that's not true at all. world of warcraft has extremely low hardware requirements. this is because it, quite frankly, looks like n64 game. where as games such as conan, lotr online and eq2. wich are much more robust and graphically developed have much higher hardware requirement.s infact you would be hard pressed to find a computer that can play eq2 on full settings.
i get 40 fps playing wow on full settings. and i get 20 playing eq2 on the lower middle settings. { i splurge on bloom, cloth simlulatin, and character detail}

Vista 64 runs it a lot more smoothly than most other games do.
