Ok, I completely understand that when the expansion came out in Japan, there were already numerous high level characters. So it seems in a sense, American players are being dicked around by first having to obtain level 60 or so BEFORE they can do their advanced job (which they are given the option to obtain at level 30). The only chance you have at getting most of these quests done is with a group of very high level friends or being extremely creative to the point where not many people would consider your tactic.
Beastmaster (pretty easy), Ranger (a joke it's so easy), Ninja (what the f**k, 3 level 45+ leeches at once?), Samurai (I forgot, but I was told it's a b***h), Paladin (level 45+ orcs and then a level 60 something Jellyfish? No thanks), Dark Knight (also a joke it's so easy), Summoner (kill a kraken woo woo), Dragoon (unless you have some really high level friends you are shit outta luck).
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this game, but honestly I know some of you agree with me when I ask what the f**k is going on in regards to making the level minimum 30 to obtain these new classes when obviously they are geared towards people around level 50 and up.

The turn around is japanese players are mostly willing to help you at the drop of a hat. All you have to do is say afew basic words with the translator and they will cut you a path wherever you need to go.

The quests arent really that hard, can be done with a group of 30s. Only difficult one really is the dragoon one.

The Dragon at the end of the Dragoon quest wasn't that hard. I tried it duo with a 30 warrior and myself 30 Whm. We bought it down 1/4. Now Warriors suck at dmg in defender mode. I think if we had a full group of 30's we could have done it. But to do the fight have to do all the running around for the quest which is a pain, so we asked a 60 dragoon to help us and he slaughtered it.
Also, had 5 people do the Samurai quest. We mostly just started it (made the run to Norg). We asked a 70 Summoner to help us and we all were flagged as Samurai within 2 hours.
You really don't need a full group of high levels, just one heh.

yeah but its pretty limited. You have to translate 1 word at a time. It allows you to speak broken japanese at least.

There's a few phrases too, my favorite is "Can you speak English?"

How do you get to the translator? I can't find it for the life of me. Well, that and I havn't really looked hard enough because I mostly group with friends and we don't use text, we use TeamSpeak.

Type in a word and then hit tab after you have completed the word.
You want this jpn guy to help you kill a quest mob. Most of the game phrases are in the translators database so you can translate harder terms.
Example:
type 'Help' (hit tab and select 'Help' from the menu)
type 'quest' (hit tab and select 'quest' from the menu)
type 'dragon egg' (hit tab and select 'dragon egg' from the menu)
etc etc...
