Help me out here! First I played City of Villains as a free trial and later on I decided to subscribe. Ive read that I can keep the same account. But when my serial number was mailed to me I couldnt log on to my old free trial account. Does anyone know what kind of problem is this and how to solve it? Please hurry, Im in despair! Thanks in advance!

Ouch. That sounds like a serious account problem. I dont know how to help you and I think its best to contact customer service on their official site and ask them what to do. I know that youre nervous because your subscription is paid for, but I think that they will not charge you until youre able to play the game. I remember that I once have a certain log on problem, and the staff form EA Sports (it was their release) immediately solved the problem and even gave me a month gratis because of the unpleasant event. So, dont worry and tell them your problem so that they could start solving it right away.
