I’ve heard some nice things about this game and I would like to start playing it. But there seems to be just a few places on the net where you can get some info on it that’s not in some east asian language and I don’t speak any of them. How do I create an account for this game?

You’re right – it is really hard to find out anything about this game now but I suppose it will be better soon. I managed to find this for you: http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=59595 . It’s a guide for people who want to make an account in Ghost Online and I hope it will help you.
