Ok, so I have been trying to buy and sell for about a month now and I have seen this same scam come up twice. The scammer claims to be a "Sales Representitive" for a major online gaming company, such as IGE, GMBAR, or THSALE.
Basically- They send you an e-mail or message you on an IM. Saying "I work for so and so, we want your account"
They see this scam as Genious! Becuase all major companies require them to log in before you sell to make sure your account is as described.
So- the way I know they were lieing is a went to the websites and had the livesupport operator run a background check on the email address provided and one did not come up in there system and the other was not even buying account.
I have had one scammer claiming to be from "***SPAM***"- The scammers MSN name is- zephyrtheone@hotmail.fr
and the other was from "www.IGE.com" which i was actually PM'd by this guy- his AIM is- grimdixie69 that is also his username on realpoor.
Moderator please track Grimdixie69's IP and ban him. For the gmbar scammer i know there is nothing you can do. but to you traders- beware.

FIRST THING IS FIRST
Remove your email/IM info from your sig.
We nolonger allow people to advertise those nor do we allow people to give each other their info thru open trades.
Scammers use AIM and MSN. Some legit people do, but a legit person will break down and use the PM services in order to have a more secure trade, a scammer will give 20 excuses on why to not use the PM service.

I am glad you used your head. IGE makes WAY to much money,coming thru its door, to chase accounts down
