Pravda was the state newspaper of the Soviet Union. Like most former Soviet companies, it is now a privatised and independant organisation.

Our press puts out what gets them ratings, biased it may be, but its what america wants to hear, in america, money talks, the government cant afford the press coming off of CNN.
Their press put out what the Government told them to, under the threat of execution and having their families deported.

FIFTEEN YEARS AGO! Wake up and smell the coffee. Pravda is now an independent media source, free from government interference. I would be much more likely to trust any media from Tass or Pravda than I would from CNN or Fox News.
