Ok. Now, I don’t get some things. I really don’t have weak machine, I can play Bio-Shock without any glitch, and it seems like fairly easier game for any machine to handle than EQ II really is. While BioShock is running like a laser trough putter, EQ is way too slow on the high level settings. I don’t believe that Ati Radeon X1850 pro is weak GPU, am I right? Is there some sort of fix for this? Thanks in advance.

Everquest II is pretty much unoptimized game, and there is no way that you will make it work at the higher level settings even with the most powerful, monstrous machine in these days. The same story as when the Far cry was out, or Crysis. EQ II is one very beautiful game, made for the future. For now, there is no stronger GPU than GeForce 8800 GT is I think. But for one year from now on, what do you think, is it still going to be? No other option for you but constant updating of graphic card drivers.

I had an 8 series Nvidia card with 2 gb of RAM in my rig, That was last July and I couldn't play with the 'best' graphics settings smoothly, Also it depends on the zone, raid zones will lagg alot more than say NQ =]
