Plan to do some AF1 fights today for the following classes:
Paladin
White Mage
Red Mage
Black Mage
Dragoon
Dark Knight
We are all 40-42 in level. I've read on Killing Ifrit that these fights recommend 2-4 level 55+. Do we really stand no chance at winning at our current level?

Paladin - kinda easy, almost fell asleep during it
White Mage- pretty hard actually, our pt was 50 and our tank was gettin raped
Red Mage - dunno
Black Mage - i really wouldnt go here to 50
Dragoon - hard, the mob casts ae silence, sup no heals, our paladin had to invuln at 52
Dark Knight - no idea
No point in doing af1 till 50. AF1 sucks, and it's just really a predecessor to the armor. I'd say wait

crawlers blows. Too many ppl there.
I would say go to garlaige but I hate pulling there, tip toeing around those trap floors.

Leveling in Garlaige is sweet. I just started there yesterday and we were 1 of 2 PT's near the zone  I'm doing it again today. Later in the evening we were the only PT around our level (35-36) hunting there. The holes in the floor are a b***h yes, if you fall you're basically dead and have to run back from Jeuno. I haven't even tried Crawlers yet because I don't want to deal with how crowded it gets although silk drops can net a nice profit. I think Garlaige/Crawlers until around 50ish then Eldieme Necropolis would be a good idea, since that zone is empty (but that might be for a reason)
