I recently just hit 70 on my shaman...
-Epic Mount
-Elemental Spec with 1/5 S1 Gladiator
~400 spell damage
-Decent reputation
-Great guild whom I haven't talked to over vent yet, run instances constantly gearing up for Kara
-10K Honor Saved up
-Around 150 Arena Points saved up
- ~225/300 = LW/Skinning (Easy to level)
-Transfer is up and he is on a PvP server

Additional comments:

The only thing I will require is that transfer be up or almost up. I am the original owner so you can scam if you want, but it wont get anywhere. I can guarantee youll have fun on the shaman even though his gear is mediocre. Id also like to point out that gear is not an issue to me as I enjoy gearing up classes.
