You need to read our rules.
The 1st one that is key is
*** In order to offer more secure trades No Emails or IM services are to be posted during trading communication. For private talk please use our Private Messaging system and read RealPoor rules***
The next one, that will get an auction closed if it happens again is
***REASON: Trade starter claimed the payment is in progress, but this statement cannot be accepted without any bids received. ***
If you have a bid, it is to be posted. If it is not posted,then do not drive the price up and claim it has been offered when noone has came and posted here.
If you are cross posting on other sites, change the price here before making a claim.
If your receiving bids thru an IM service...sucker 
I thought your account was the rogue you transfered to play with a friend who moved when you got there ?
