"delete button looks kinda like quit"
anyone know how long it takes for SOE to recover a deleted char?, .. they said it could be done but without a time frame.

I am going on 4 weeks waiting on a reply to the contact GM after several emails.
On the other hand though when I deleted all my characters it took about 5 minutes once I had talked to a GM. Then again it was zalumbas so any new GM we get on this server will probably take a few days to a week.

Took about 10 days for a friend, and that was using both in game and contact gm

yup im the d*****s that got drunk and deleted my fek ranger and had my monk loged in the whole time since it happend with a petition in the queue and sent them about 15-20 emails not one response yet fekkin sonys coustemer service sux ass

cause i was hammerd as hell and i uasually jsut esc. out thought it was quit and was sceptacal bout hitting yes but was hammerd as hell so was like what ever then it deleted stridier =(

i did it once, they fixed it within the hour. mind your this was 4 years or so ago i think, few weeks after kurnak release. Back when customer service ment something to sony.

I deleted a s****y mule once and it wiped out 2 characters. SOE restored the 2nd one a week or 2 later.

haha i went ld and died on my druid and was logging in hubbys account on other comp got to entering tm and looked over at my screen i had a tell so i went over to my desk to reply and my son hopped up in my hubbys seat and deleted his necro...
needless to say i didnt sleep that night i went in chat and asked for a gm after petitioning an went to sony site submitted to live gm thing... took aobut 20 hours but he was fully restored.
