Is a level 62 paladin actually going to get me anything? He has a few decent items (10th ring for example) but no high level PoP gear. Has a few alts, one BL with 75k worth of gear or so...also he is on Lanys

Sadly, most accounts are worth about as much as the CD keys cost. Less, in fact, because there is always the chance of the original owner stealing it back. Since all EQ accounts come with a free 51 Cleric with her "Epic", even the characters stored on the account don't matter much (in terms of price) any more.

Time/kodtaz flagged characters are still worth a fair bit.
