I am offering these two accounts firstly as a lot at one lump sum price of $1200, but am also accepting best offers for the entire lot or just a portion. I will offer the utmost flexibility in order to ensure satisfaction to my buyers.

Specifically what you will receive ownershipwise if purchasing the lot:

1. Both of my accounts' access names and "password reset question" answers.
2. The access to the contents accumulated in the accounts during the total paid-subscription game time I have personally purchased and used. (Please see the conclusion of the auction description for a full explanation of the transfer of ownership of this access).
3. The original installation discs, cd-keys, packaging, and documentation (note: non-collector's editions) if the buyer wishes to have them shipped.

I am the current owner of all of the physical and intellectual items listed above, and this auction's purpose is to offer them for purchase from me.
What this means is that your purchase price has been determined based on the total cost of the subscription time I have paid into the accounts and the gameplay time invested in the accounts toward the acquisition of in-game contents, in addition to the retail cost of the game software itself.

The accounts themselves and their contents including all in-game property, items, characters, et cetera are contained on servers owned by (and thereby remain the property of) Blizzard Entertainment. For clarity, I will quote the following from the World of Warcraft End User Licence Agreement:

3. Ownership.

A. All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Game and all copies thereof (including without limitation any titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, character inventories, structural or landscape designs, animations, sounds, musical compositions and recordings, audio-visual effects, storylines, character likenesses, methods of operation, moral rights, and any related documentation) are owned or licensed by Blizzard. The Game is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international treaties and conventions, and other laws. The Game may contain materials licensed by third parties, and the licensors of those materials may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this License Agreement.

B. You may permanently transfer all of your rights and obligations under the License Agreement to another by physically transferring the original media (e.g., the CD-ROM or DVD you purchased), all original packaging, and all Manuals or other documentation distributed with the Game; provided, however, that you permanently delete all copies and installations of the Game in your possession or control, and that the recipient agrees to the terms of this License Agreement. The transferor (i.e., you), and not Blizzard, agrees to be solely responsible for any taxes, fees, charges, duties, withholdings, assessments, and the like, together with any interest, penalties, and additions imposed in connection with such transfer.

Please note that you must agree to the entire EULA in order for this transaction to be valid.

A brief description of the first account's contents:

L70 undead female Mage. 600 or so +dmg set, 700 or so with +frost items swapped in.

Possesses the ultra-rare BARON RIVENDARE'S STEED epic mount from the final boss of the Stratholme Deadside Instance.
Possesses the Pink Hawkstrider epic mount from exalted Blood Elf faction, the Purple Skeletal Warhorse epic mount, and the exalted Alterac Valley faction epic frostwolf howler mount.
Blue Windrider flying mount and epic speed flying mount as well.
Also possesses 6/8 Tier 2 gear from level 60 raiding prior to expansion, and two freezing band rings for novelty and fun.
Lot of mats for tailoring and skinning.
Karazhan keyed and keyed for most heroics.
Tailor/Leatherworker 370.

Level 60 Night Elf Female Druid. Geared with raid items from the Molten Core and Onyxia instances. Possesses Normal and Epic cat mounts. Alchemy/Herbalism 300.

Level 60 Night Elf Female Hunter. Decent pre-raid gear blues and PvP reward gear. This character is also all set with normal and epic mounts for hitting the outlands!

Also, a Level 49 Undead Female Warlock; has not been to PvP and has average quest reward gear.

Second account contents summary:

L70 undead male Priest character whose currently equipped items amount to about 1280 +healing and +90mp5. 3/5 Pieces dungeon 3 set (hallowed).
Also has pieces to emphasize MP5 up to about +120 with 990 +healing including 3 pieces of Tier 2 raid armor for the MP5 set bonus.
In the bank, a collection of rare and some epic quality items amounting to about 550 +magic pure damage, or +600 shadow damage set with +shadow only items swapped in, and various pieces to increase stamina for PvP purposes.
He has the exalted Alterac Valley epic frostwolf howler mount, the epic green skeletal warhorse, and the normal speed green windrider flying mount.
In addition, some retained older gear for the cool/looks factor (Benediction/Anathema, robe of the shifting sands, and a few others), and some current mining/engineering materials, and plenty of stockpiled battleground badges.

He is Karazhan keyed and a good ways into honored Violet Eye faction, and has all heroic keys except Caverns of Time.
A little over 300 mining/engineer (gnomish). Low level banking companion character also possesses plenty of cloth and lower level mining materials, and some various rare bind on equip items and Burning Crusade Uncommon resistance gear.

This character has been de-guilded, exists on a PvE realm, and is eligible to be transferred to another realm using the Paid Transfer feature.

Level 60 human female Warlock character. Her gear is about average for pre-raid level 60 standards, containing 2 pieces of Tier 1 and mostly blue non-raid gear. She is logged out at the Inn at Hellfire Peninsula and is all set to tackle the outlands content.

Level 28 Tauren male Druid and level 27 Blood Elf male Paladin. These characters have average quest reward gear and have not been to PvP. No other details of note.

To all interested parties: In order to ensure a smooth transaction, I will employ the following simple 2-step process to facilitate the transfer of access to the account.

Once I receive payment from you and a valid email, I will log in to the accounts and create immediate email-change requests using your email address. I will accept the required email change confirmation that is generated and sent to my email. You will be able to see that this has been completed via confirmation email you will also receive. I will then disclose the "password reset question" answers to you directly since these cannot be changed. To verify it, you will then use the appropriate 'forgot password' interface at the account management page at worldofwarcraft.com. On successful completion of this for each account, the system emails you a new password and the transaction is complete.
