I just got back from this movie, and thought it was probably the best movie I have seen this year. Going into it, I thought it was just a zombie horror movie, but turns out it was really about human nature, and the zombies just set the stage to display what we are really about when the put in desperate situations.

I just got back from seeing it. I agree, good flick.
On the way back me and my friend are driving down a dark road talking. We're discussing about how we thought it would be simply a zombie horror film.
He points to the road ahead of us then says "It'd be cool if they had had a scene with one of those infected people shuffling out really slow right onto the road as the car plows into him." no sooner then I begin to reply.. two f*****g huge ass dogs run out one of them hits the left front area of the car and.. well I'm not really sure what happened to that dog.
My f*****g heart stopped beating, scared the living shit out of me. The noise it made sounded like one of those screaming infected people. Well lesson be learned, don't leave your dogs after 10 o' clock and they won't get semi-ran over.

I loved this movie! I am a big zombie fan and very happy they didn't f**k this movie up by having faggots like the ones in Scream or the actors coming up in the Jason vs Freddy movie =// Now, thats a movie I would rather commit ritual suicide over going to go watch it for free!

Saw it last night, man this movie kicked serious ass, no doubt I will buy the DVD.
One hilarious thing, near the start of the movie where they showed Jim's d**k, some guy in our theater yelled out "PENIS".

Pretty good movie, as Clev said, it was really nice how it wasn't just zombie horror flick, because if it was it would have sucked. The idea of the film and some of the ways they brought them about bordered on genius (although they sometimes kind of ruined it by blatently explaining the symbolism or metaphors just in case there's idiots in the theatre), but I didn't find this in the least bit scary... maybe there was 1 time I was kind of on the edge of my seat... the way the "infected" moved about and how they looked was pretty comical to me, they were like spastic retards. Besides the general meaning, the film itself was done well, cameras, music n' all that... and british actors are always fun.
I give it an 8/10

Holy shit, that was in the paper this morning. Someone was saying that their dogs had got loose and one of them had been hit and left for dead. Apparantly it's a big deal because the dog that was hit was a retired police dog. They're hella looking for whoever did it.

Also the music in the movie was amazing. At the first of the movie when he was walking around alone and the music kept getting faster and faster, that was really cool.

Well I have no mode of transportation so I sit here all day playing games I have beat 100 times. I watch southpark over and over and I eat all day. I come here to make fun of Paden and Lauren but that holds no challenge so I bore easily. I more than likely watch The Big Lebowski twice. Every now and then I might go outside and enjoy the sunlight and warm summer air only to murder a bird or two. I dont run or workout so I plan on gaining 200 lbs so I can join Paden and Eduin at Weight Watchers.

Awesome movie. Definately not a date movie, the girls who I saw it with were horrified  Edit: Partial spoiler info that has nothing to do with the whole of the movie removed for those who cried about it.

Ya it was really really really gory, but not scary (not that it was supposed to be) at all. The way it was filmed, like the low resolution or whatever it was, really made the movie better.

Retired police dogs own.
I've had two as neighbors before, and let me tell you... it's almost like having an extra person next door. One that sees everything and would tear the living hell out of anybody running amuck in the streets. Just say the word.
Those dogs are so smart and so proud.
Oh, I should add that the puppies are awesome too
