In the last week or so Blizzard has put up 11 new servers, but this still doesn't address the problem of already high populated servers, such as mine, Hellscream, why won't they allow a one time character transfer already?

As an official blizzard representative, I can assure you they won't let people immediately transfer because you'd have all 75,000 people from Archimond and Hellscream transfer to the same server, thereby placing 150k people on a new one.

New servers are great but a split up server would be better for sure.
But most everyone wont risk ending up on another server with their friends. They will never move full guilds.

A simple movelog command for the high population servers. Worked for other games....

Actually.. theres lots of guilds that are choosing to start over on low pop servers.
Im on Stonemaul (the lowest population server previous to the adding of the 11 new servers) and there were at least 3-4 whole guilds that moved and had 20+ people just appear on the server overnight.

It seems a bit too coincidental that queues have started popping up again when the new servers went live. I'm thinking the population cap might have been lowered on all servers?

Yeah but say he plays on one of the lower high population servers; where he wouldn't normally get a que he now has one.
