100% and still downloading?

So its at 100%... and still downloading. Not sure whats up. Does it finish or does it just make you think it's still downloading so it can suck your upload bandwidth dry for other people who are downloading?

I shut it down and restarted it and it re-downloaded the last 7 meg or so.

EDIT: soon as i shut down this window from posting it said finished. Goofy. Only had to sit at 100% for an hour or so.

I notice that if i cancel it and reload the downloader every 5% or so it shaves off about 1% of what it said I was at :/

thats because world of warcraft is 2 gigs...after you're done downloading it takes your computer time to actually transfer the file from the downloading section to where you saved it or some shit. Something to do with it saving to your computer it has to go through the 2 gigs and then put it in the place you said to download to.

Only if you use shit like MSIE, Getright downloads it to the actual folder and directory you told it to download to rather than Temporary Internet Files first :p
