I can't actually figure this out. What's most annoying, #1 or #100? And which matters, Vote Ranking, or Collection Ranking? I have a hard time believing John Edwards is the most annoying person. But he's #1 in the vote ranking.

The vote ranking is the order by people who voted on the site. The List Ranking is the ranking as made by the site.
